1. How long does it take to process my songs?
Once we receive your stems and payment, we start working on your tracks immediately. Our priority is to deliver professional results quickly without compromising quality. Typically, all songs are completed within 3–5 business days.
2. Can I submit multiple tracks at once?
Yes, if the pricing allows it, we can handle multiple tracks together. Please create separate folders for each track to maintain a clean workflow.
3. How many revisions are included?
Two revisions are included. We carefully consider client feedback to achieve the intended vision. If necessary, up to three additional revisions can be provided to ensure complete satisfaction.
4. Which audio formats do you accept?
We accept stems in MP3 and WAV formats only, ensuring maximum compatibility and audio quality.
5. How should I prepare my vocal tracks?
For a clean workflow, vocal stems should match the length of the instrumental. We work exclusively with individual stems, e.g., instrumental muted, Vocal 1 active, Vocals 2–4 muted, to ensure precise control and optimal results.
